REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At GrandWoven, we take pride in the handcrafted quality of our willow products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Handcrafted Nature: As our baskets are made from 100% natural willow, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@grandwoven.com with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
