  • United States: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • International: Currently, we only focus on delivering to our customers in the United States to ensure the best service quality.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

  • Note: As each of our willow baskets is hand-selected and carefully packaged, these timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • GrandWoven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • (Note: Most orders under $800 to the US are duty-free.)
